Our SMS, EduTab stores a range of information, including student academic records, attendance, behaviour reports, and personal details such as names and contact information. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Our data privacy policy outlines our commitment to safeguarding your information.
You can access EduTab via any web browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Simply log in using the credentials provided by your school. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly and accessible from any device with an internet connection.
If a payment is missed, you will receive reminders two weeks before and one week before the due date. Should the payment not be made by the due date, your access to EduTab will be temporarily restricted until the payment is received. If the payment remains unpaid for more than two months, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
